T. J. Snow announces upcoming welding seminars

T. J. Snow, Chattanooga, Tenn., has announced the return of its regional resistance welding seminars. These interactive and informative seminars are taught by the company’s AWS certified resistance welding technicians, all of whom have years of experience as professional resistance welding technicians and seminar instructors.

A seminar on resistance welding will be offered Aug. 25 in Charlotte, N.C. Attendees will become familiar with the basics of resistance welding, pneumatic systems, weld transformer operation, weld control operation, basic welder setup, electrode selection, and maintenance.

On Oct. 5, the company will host a projection welding seminar in Grand Rapids, Mich. Attendees will learn about the various types of projection welding, including nut welding, stud welding, and crosswire welding, as well as weld nugget formation, tooling and electrode requirements, material considerations, proper sizing of nut welding electrodes, and projection welding to HSLA.
