The Goulburn Combined Probus Club elected a new committee at their recent annual general meeting.

The new committee consists of president Bill Smith, vice president John Murray and secretary Janice Jensen.

Welfare is led by Helen Bradley, Joy Elliott is the guest speaker and outings and social will be organised by Lynette Brown.

Last Friday, April 8, the Club had the pleasure of welcoming Heather West to speak about the hidden gem in Goulburn, the Wetlands.

In her talk, Heather showed before and after photos of the Wetlands and discussed the wonderful bird life.

The Wetlands have been a significant attraction for bird lovers and many visitors have remarked on what a lovely setting it is.

The Goulburn Combined Probus Club hosts many other events and is a club for active retirees.

The Club meets at the Goulburn Workers Club on the 4th Friday of each month at 10.15am.
